Spirits were high during the 101 Hell or High Water Calgary Stampede 2013. It was all about community and gathering together and the attending Stampeders say, despite adversity, the Greatest Outdoor Shaw on Earth was a huge success. The Calgary Stampede has continued uninterrupted despite two world wars, a Depression, and the recent floods were certainly not enough to damped the cities spirit.
