As the Kamloops Office/Customer Experience Specialist & Operations Coordinator, he meticulously crafts detailed comment sheets and passenger itineraries, ensuring each tour is seamless. He engages with first-time travellers through follow-up emails, fosters positive experiences, and adeptly resolves issues with clients and suppliers. Prior to Wells Gray Tours, Danny managed operations for Canada and the USA with Canadian DMC in India. His passions for music, driving, and photography often lead him on scenic drives, capturing moments through his lens.
