Important Tour Information
This document summarizes key information about your tour such as travel travel documentation needed, luggage restrictions, packing tips, currency, etc. We will provide you with this document at final payment. We ask that you please review all information provided and reach out to us if you have any additional questions.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to obtain and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. Wells Gray Tours Ltd. cannot assume responsibility for portions of a tour missed due to improper documentation. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We use Microsoft Forms to collect and store your information. Microsoft Forms is part of the Microsoft 365 suite, which operates within a secure, encrypted environment. This means your data remains within our organization’s protected network and is safeguarded against unauthorized access.
Retention
Your information will be retained only for the duration of your tour and securely deleted afterward.
