April 15th through 21st is National Volunteer Week in Canada. Wells Gray Tours, Radio NL and Berwick on the Park would like to honour citizens in Kamloops who make our city a better place by contributing their time and volunteering in our community.
Nominate someone you believe deserves the title of “Volunteer of the Year”(from February 27th through April 5th on NL Radio’s website). NL Radio will narrow down the submissions to 9 deserving finalists.
Every weekday morning from April 2nd through the 13th we’ll chat with each of the 9 volunteers about their efforts in the community. The 9 finalists will be entered to win a four-day trip for 2 with Wells Gray Tours to experience Vancouver’s delightful gardens and diverse cuisine (Vancouver Gardens & Gourmet tour), a private dinner party for 10 at Berwick on the Park and a special “Volunteer of the Year” plaque.
