Panthi joined Wells Gray Tours on February 3, 2025. She is the Customer Experience Specialist based in our Kamloops office. She was born in India, raised in Oman, and moved to Canada almost four years ago at the age of 19. She loves how her job allows her to connect with people from all walks of life and hear about their travel adventures. Since moving to Canada, she’s gained valuable customer service and guest experience skills through various roles in retail, tourism, and hospitality — always drawn to opportunities that involve people and new experiences.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking local trails, dancing, exploring new places, or spending time with friends — her idea of a perfect day almost always involves good company and a spontaneous adventure.
