DEPARTURE POINTS & DATES
ACTIVITY LEVEL
Level
Light Activity: You are a traveller who prefers to see places without a lot of physical activity. You can climb a flight of stairs, board a coach, stand for short periods, and walk at a leisurely pace with breaks for up to 30 minutes without difficulty or assistance. Transportation is provided to and from Rogers Arena where the game is played, however there are short distances to walk on this tour and steps to your seats in the arena.
You may bring a cane to support your mobility, but walkers are not suitable for this tour. The coaches cannot carry a scooter or motorized wheelchair. The tour director and driver have many responsibilities, so please do not expect them, or your fellow travellers, to provide ongoing assistance. If you are not capable of keeping up with the group or require frequent assistance, the tour director may stop you from participating in some activities or some days of the tour. In extreme situations, you may be required to leave the tour and travel home at your own expense.
Tour Size
This tour is limited to 30 participants, making it a more intimate travel experience.
-
Please book early!: Unsold tickets may be released several weeks in advance. Even though we may have seats on the motorcoach and hotel rooms available, there may not be game tickets available at the last minute.
-
Seat Locations: Seats have been booked in the Lower Bowl at Rogers Arena; Sec 110, Rows 15-20.
-
Game Delays or Cancellations: It rarely happens, but hockey games can be delayed, postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled for a variety of reasons that are beyond our control. We know that this would be extremely disappointing for our customers, but the only refund we would be able to obtain for you would be the actual ticket price of the game. The hotel, motorcoach, and other tour services are all prepaid and are nonrefundable at short notice.
-
Payments: deposit of $200 per person is requested at the time of booking and balance is due September 18, 2026. By paying the deposit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Company Policies, Activity Level, and Cancellation Policy outlined. Payments can be made by online banking or cheque (3% discount on tour fare), or by Visa or Mastercard.
-
Early Booking Bonus: Receive a $50 discount on the first 10 seats and $25 on the next 6 seats for booking early with deposit. The discount is not offered after September 18, 2026.
-
Cancellation Policy: • Up to August 31, 2026, the cancellation charge is $50 per person. • From September 1, 2026 to September 18, 2026, the cancellation charge is $200 per person (your deposit). • From September 19 to September 29, the cancellation charge is 60% of the tour fare. • After September 29, there is no refund.
-
Travel Insurance: A Comprehensive Insurance policy is available through Wells Gray Tours and coverage is provided by Travel Guard until September 8, 2026 and Battleface after that. Policies purchased at deposit include a waiver of the pre-existing condition clause for medical and cancellation claims, otherwise policies can be purchased no later than at final payment. While your BC Services Card may partly cover you for a medical issue that arises during the tour, you will probably benefit from trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage in case of illness or a mishap before or during the tour. Many other benefits such as ITINERARY luggage insurance are included. Medical questionnaire is not needed. Please contact us for details. If you have your own travel insurance, please read the policy carefully to be sure that you are adequately covered for medical, cancellation, interruption, and luggage. Insurance premiums are not refundable whether or not you make a claim.
