CYCLING THE ADRIATIC ISLANDS: Each day brings a rewarding new cycling adventure. After a delicious buffet breakfast, you set off to explore a different Adriatic island by e-bike. Two experienced Croatian cycling guides accompany the group, with one leading the ride and the other following behind. Your Wells Gray tour director is with you throughout the cycling portion of the tour as well. Most rides take place in the morning before lunch, while one day includes both a morning and afternoon ride. Along the way, your guides share informal Croatian language lessons and fascinating stories about the region's history. Route information and maps for the following day’s ride are provided each evening. An e-bike is included throughout the seven-day yacht cruise. The comfortable, upright bicycles feature pedal-assist technology with multiple power settings, allowing you to choose the level of assistance that best suits your riding style and the terrain. The meals aboard the yacht are a highlight. From fresh local specialties to comforting favourites, most meals are served as multi-course plated dinners and lunches. On days when both lunch and dinner are served aboard, lunch will be presented buffet-style. The itinerary shown in this brochure reflects the planned route but sailing schedules and cycling routes are subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or instructions from port authorities. Should changes be necessary, the crew and guides will keep you informed throughout the journey. More detail about what to expect will be provided after final payment.

GOOD TO KNOW: • There are opportunities for swimming directly from the yacht if conditions are favourable. • Coffee breaks are built into the cycling days. • Your luggage stays in your cabin while you explore by bike. • Helmets, reusable water bottles, and pannier bags are provided. • You do not have to bike every day if you do not wish to.

PREMIUM PLUS YACHT VOYAGE: The Voyage is a 44-metre yacht built in 2020, designed to provide exceptional comfort while exploring the spectacular islands of South Dalmatia. The yacht offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, balancing peaceful places to relax alongside welcoming spaces to socialize with fellow guests. Guests can relax on the spacious sun deck, complete with loungers and a jacuzzi, or take a refreshing swim from the bathing platform equipped with showers at the stern. The upper deck features an air-conditioned bar and lounge area with seating for all guests. A covered outdoor lounge comfortably seats approximately 20 guests to take in the stunning Adriatic scenery. Aboard the Voyage, each cabin features a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and other basic amenities. All cabins have drawers and cabinets to store your luggage. Most cabins are equipped with a hair dryer. You need a European adapter (2 prong) for all electronics. There are designated areas to hang damp cycling clothes and towels to dry, although laundry facilities are not available aboard the yacht. All passengers from our group will be in an above deck cabin, with picture windows. With its modern amenities, attentive service, and intimate atmosphere, the Voyage provides the perfect home while exploring Croatia's spectacular Adriatic islands.

Please book early: The ship has a limited capacity and only a small selection of sailings in 2027. We have secured a block of cabins on the ship but the company may recall them at any time if the other cabins fill. We must commit to using all contracted services by December, therefore early booking on this tour is vital.

Rooms for singles: Only 4 single cabins are available. Don’t delay in booking if you prefer to travel single.

Gratuities: Gratuities are included for local guides, cycling guides, the crew on the ship, and drivers in Croatia. The customary gratuity to the Wells Gray tour director and local transfers in BC are not included and left to your discretion.

Documentation: A passport is required with an expiry date after you return to Canada. A visa is not required for a Canadian to enter Croatia. The European Union is implementing a European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS), and it is scheduled to begin sometime in 2027. ETIAS is the new travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers to enter 30 European countries. More information and instructions will be provided at final payment if available.

Flight seating: We are unable to take seating requests of any kind in any class. The airline will not accept them, as group seating is assigned as a block. If this is important to you, we suggest you take the “No Flight” option with a fare reduction of $2400 and book your own flight which allows seat selection. Flight upgrades: Please enquire about current prices for upgrades on the flights to and from Croatia. Business class may be available.

Food Allergies: You must notify us no later than at final payment if you have a food allergy. Most allergies can be accommodated on the ship. An allergy causes medical distress, a preference does not. For some allergies, please consider bringing your own snacks or food items so you are not dependent on what restaurants are able to serve.

Payments: A deposit of $1,000 per person is requested at the time of booking and the balance is due December 8, 2026. By paying the deposit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Company Policies, Activity Level 4 Declaration, and Cancellation Policy outlined. Payments can be made by online banking or cheque (3% discount on tour fare), or by Visa or Mastercard.

Early Booking Bonus: Receive a $300 discount on the first 4 seats and $150 on the next 2 seats for booking early with deposit. The discount is not offered after December 8, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: Up to November 9, 2026, the cancellation charge is $100 per person. • From November 10 to December 8, the cancellation charge is $600 per person. • From December 9 to January 8, the cancellation charge is 60% of the tour fare. • From January 9 to February 8, the cancellation charge is 80% of the tour fare. • After February 8, there is no refund.

Travel Insurance: A Comprehensive Insurance policy is available through Wells Gray Tours and coverage is provided by Travel Guard until September 8, 2026, and Battleface after that. Policies purchased at deposit include a waiver of the pre-existing condition clause for medical and cancellation claims, otherwise policies can be purchased no later than at final payment. Medical questionnaire is not needed. Please contact us for details. If you have your own travel insurance, please read the policy carefully to be sure that you are adequately covered for medical, cancellation, interruption, and luggage. Please do not travel outside Canada without medical insurance as a minimum. Insurance premiums are not refundable whether or not you make a claim.
